Its Tuesday !

From the time my new job has begun, Tuesday turn out to be really important. As I am a remote worker in my team and its on every Tuesday of the week I visit my office and work from there. Its not as boring as it is sounding, but its really exciting to be there and to interact with all the team members.

Our team is full of young enthusiastic individuals who are self driven and motivated to do the best. Here we are always motivated to stay self motivated. This may sound strange but yes there is this trend in our organization, and Tuesday's are play a very important part in it. We all are under one roof, discussing our weekly work, issues faced and also about the shopping done on the weekend(this is usually we gals do though!).

Every Tuesday we get some feedback on our productivity as a remote worker. Some tips to improve it and maintain it. Hot and happening things in technology is discussed and at times we end up having a discussion on politics and religion. Best part is everyone is having the right to express the views and we all agree to disagree on each others point of view.

This Tuesday was special for me! as it was my birthday on the very next day, I was treated with a cake and lunch for all in the team. This was so sweet of the team to do that for me. I was given a positive feedback for my work. I feel emotionally connected to my work and team and don’t mind to go an extra mile to do certain things, if my work needs me to do so and this an important way for me to stay self motivated. :-)
